The production of the bags requires a lead time of 15 to 20 business days (upon receipt of your jersey). Your bag is handcrafted and made to order.
We offer free repair for our bags for 1 year.
By ordering a Métamorphose Bag, you declare and guarantee that you hold all the necessary rights and authorizations for the use of the provided textile for the creation, promotion, and sale by JOUBERT SARL of your personalized bag.

At Joubert, every bag is unique and carries a story. Our clients send us the jersey of their choice, full of memories, whether new or worn. Once received, our workshop begins a meticulous transformation: the jersey is carefully cut and then precisely incorporated into the design of the bag. This artisanal process combines craftsmanship with respect for the material to offer an exceptional product. In just a few days, the personalized bag is ready, delivered directly to the client, ready to be used or gifted.

Yes, you can use almost any type of jersey! Whether it's a classic sports jersey, a vintage jersey, or even a commemorative tunic, we are here to give it a second life. If your jersey shows signs of wear, we will integrate it into the design to maintain its authenticity. However, for optimal results, we recommend avoiding overly worn or very stretchy fabrics.
Make sure the width of the garment to be transformed measures at least 45cm flat.
Once your jersey is received, it takes us on average 2 to 4 weeks to design your custom bag and ship it to you. Each bag is handmade with care and precision to ensure exceptional quality. You will be informed at each step of the production process.
After placing your order, you will receive detailed instructions for sending your jersey. You will need to pack it carefully and ship it at your own expense using the transport service of your choice. As soon as we receive your jersey, we will send you a confirmation and begin the creation of your custom bag.
As this is a custom-made product, created from your personal jersey, returns or exchanges are unfortunately not possible. However, if you notice any defects or non-compliance, please contact us promptly. We will do everything we can to find a satisfactory solution.
