Refund policy
For any returns, the customer is invited to contact customer service by email at contact@joubert.paris. Following this request from the customer, the procedure for returning the products will be communicated to them.
Products purchased on the website www.joubert-paris.com, unused and in their original packaging, can be returned within 14 days from the delivery date, for a refund. Products returned incomplete, damaged or soiled will not be refunded.
Shipping costs for a return (as part of a refund or exchange) are the responsibility of the customer.
The risks associated with this return are the responsibility of the Customer. It is therefore recommended to obtain proof of this return, on which a date of dispatch appears.
Reimbursement of returned products will be made according to the payment method initially used and only once they have arrived at the premises at the address: 41 rue Traversière, 92100 Boulogne-Billancourt, France. Reimbursement will be made within 30 days maximum.
To receive another product to replace the returned one, a new order must be placed by the customer on the site.
Each bag and accessory is carefully manufactured, with a sustainability approach, however in the event of a quality problem resulting from a manufacturing defect we undertake to repair or replace the item at our expense during the 36 months following its purchase. No right of withdrawal on personalized Metamorphose bags
In accordance with article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code, the Customer who has purchased a Metamorphose Bag does not benefit from a right of withdrawal. No request for return, exchange or refund of the Metamorphose Bag will be accepted.
