What we can answer right away
A piece in stock ships as soon as it is prepared. A bag made from your own fabric takes 15 to 20 working days to make, from the day it reaches the workshop. We let you know when it ships, and you can track the parcel to your door.
A jersey, a scarf, a racing suit: almost anything can be worked, provided it is wide enough for the chosen model. Send us a photo and we will tell you before you order.
After ordering, you receive the shipping address and instructions by e-mail. Shipping is at your expense, with the carrier of your choice. You can also hand it to us in person, at an appointment.
Repairs are free for one year on all our pieces, and we keep repairing long after that. Write to us with a photo: we will tell you what to do.
