Ostrich on the back
Ostrich leather is recognised by touch before it is recognised by sight: its round, regular quill bumps are the trace of the feathers. Here, it covers an entire backpack, in a grey that makes it almost discreet — almost.
The leather comes from a French supplier. The straps and handle echo the grey; near the fastening, the JOUBERT name in relief; inside, a warm tawny shade, like backlight. A bag from the Œuvre line, entirely in leather, entirely handmade.
