Teaching fabric to hold its shape
A jersey is supple; a bag must hold its shape. The entire making of a Haute Métamorphose lies in that transition.
The workshop begins by reading the jersey: its cut, its size, everything it carries — crest, sponsor, flocking, inscriptions. The pattern then determines each element’s place: the crest on the front, the flocking on the back, an inscription slipped onto the side. Each cut piece then receives a reinforcement that gives it the structure a bag requires.
Then comes assembly, by machine and by hand. The handles, shoulder strap and finishes are in leather; the interior is lined with full-grain leather, in the colour chosen when ordering. Finally, the JOUBERT marking.

The same gesture now animates the Sac 45 Métamorphose, with its cotton interior.
