POSTAGE, SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

The customer will be notified on the home page in the event of a non-shipment period (for example during holidays).

Shipments are made worldwide.

The delivery costs appear on the summary screen before the validation of the order. Shipping costs vary depending on package weight and destination.

If the products ordered are available, the order will be dispatched within one to three working days from the day following the validation of the order by the company JOUBERT.

Following the shipment of the products by the company JOUBERT, the delivery time will be approximately 2 working days for any shipment by Colissimo recommended for France. The customer will have the possibility of following his parcel thanks to the tracking number which will be communicated to him by email when the order is sent. The package is delivered against signature. In case of absence, a calling card is left in the mailbox. You then have a period of 15 days to recover it.

For any order to a country other than metropolitan France, the shipping and delivery time is approximately 10 working days.

The payment of any costs necessary for the entry of the products ordered into the delivery territory (customs duties and formalities, import taxes, etc.) is the sole responsibility of the customer, which he accepts.

The customer's refusal to pay customs fees will result in the cancellation of the order and its reimbursement. Any transport and customs clearance costs paid by JOUBERT to recall the order will be deducted from the amount refunded.

Delivery is made to the delivery address indicated by the customer on the website. Delivery cannot be made to hotels or PO boxes. In order for the deadlines to be respected, the customer must ensure that he has provided exact and complete information concerning the delivery address (street number, building number, staircase number, access codes, etc.).

RETURNS & SERVICE

For any return, the customer is invited to contact customer service by email at contact@joubert.paris. Following this request from the customer, the procedure for returning the products will be communicated to him.

Products purchased on the site www.joubert-paris.com unused and in their original packaging, can be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery, for a refund. Products returned incomplete, damaged or soiled will not be refunded.

Shipping costs for a return (for refund or exchange) are the responsibility of the customer. 

The risks associated with this return are the responsibility of the customer. It is therefore recommended to him to obtain a receipt, proof of this return, on which appears a date of dispatch.

Reimbursement of returned products will be made according to the method of payment used initially and only once they have arrived at the premises at the address: JOUBERT - 10 avenue Pierre Lefaucheux - 92100 Boulogne-Billancourt. The refund will be made within a maximum of 30 days.

To receive another product to replace the returned one, a new order must be made by the customer on the site.

Each bag and accessory is meticulously manufactured, in a sustainable approach, however in the event of a quality problem resulting from a manufacturing defect, we undertake to repair or replace the item at our expense during the 12 months following its purchase.
